The Provisional Directory includes information for members, attenders, and children who live locally and are currently active in the meeting.
The Address Archive has the addresses of all those Friends/friends whose addresses may be important to us, but who are not locally active. It also shows a second address for those Friends who sometimes leave us for part of the year.
The List of Clerks and Positions includes phone numbers and emails.
We ask Friends to use good stewardship of these directories, and not broadcast them widely to a general public. This list is considered private information for use within our fellowship. Many Friends have shared their personal information with that understanding, and the directory is published in the restricted "members only" area of the web page. The rule of thumb would be that only those who are on the list are welcome to a copy.
